The Bearer of Hope for Children
As the bearer of hope for children, Sandra A. Martin has a unique combination of fierce determination and gentle guidance. It takes enormous courage to dedicate your life to the well-being of children, especially to the harrowing issue of sexual abuse of children. Yet, Martin has always purveyed hope, truly believing we can change the world; the child’s world of abuse and neglect, the child’s world of fear, terror and hopelessness. Truly, she is a real-life heroine in our community.
